Payment Methods:

We Accept Credit Cards, as well as Banks Drafts (PayPal) and PayPal Payments.

All information and payments are transmitted via SSL once you enter our shopping cart payment system. TodaysSale.com does not maintain any personal Bank or Credit Card information on your account. Your information is kept in the hands of the Credit Card Processors, Banks, or PayPal with whom you already have a trusted relationship.

Merchandise Returns:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to Contact Us. Please Contact Us to notify us within 14 days of receipt of any merchandise you are unhappy with. Include in your email, the item you would like to return, your phone number and full name and address. We will contact you and issue a Return Authorization Number. We must have this number on the outside of your return package in order to accept and process your return correctly. Once your return has been received your payment will be credited in the manner it was paid. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Shipping Charges:

Domestic Shipping Charges are $6.00 for the first item and .50 cents for each additional item. Some items may have an additional charge due to weight or size. These extra charges will be listed in the item description and will be added to your shipping charges at checkout. International Buyers should be sure to select the proper shipping method for international shipping. International Shipping rates are much higher. All international buyers selecting First Class Shipping agree to accept responsibility for their package once we have shipped it as there is no tracking or insurance available on that class of shipping. We reserve the right to refuse any international order and to return any funds paid for any reason.

Sales Taxes:

You must pay sales tax on all purchases if your items will Ship to North Carolina. Additional taxes will apply to Mecklenburg County and several other North Carolina Counties, NC. You will be prompted to indicate your residence at checkout. No orders will be shipped to NC residences if Sales Tax has not been paid.

Privacy Policy:

We will not sell, rent, barter, or give any personal information you furnish to us to any unrelated third party. We may from time to time send you emails with offers that we feel may interest you. We will remove you from this marketing list if you click the “Remove” link on the email you receive. We will never call you at home and disturb you unless you have requested in writing that we contact you in that manner, such as for a product return. In the event that TodaysSale is ever sold, nothing in this privacy statement is meant to prevent the inclusion of our customer list as an asset of the company.

Notice To Customers Regarding Newer Carded Models

Newer model cars listed on our site may have variations from the item pictured, if more than one piece of that item is available for sale. This can be noted by the option to purchase more than one using the Quantity input box. If no quantity input box is present then you are purchasing the item pictured. Due to the large volume of items we stock, cards ARE NOT guaranteed to be in Mint condition. Some cards may have price stickers on them and may have other minor flaws. We will not ship you a broken blister or very poor card unless pictured as such. All cars themselves should be in Mint to Near Mint condition unless otherwise specified. Rare versions of any car will be shown and listed separately on our Hard To Find Variations Page.
